Seven Peak Capital was founded with one goal — help professionals build passive income through disciplined, transparent private investing.
Seven Peak Capital is a private investment firm focused on providing investors access to thoughtfully structured private real estate and private credit opportunities.
The firm was co-founded by Bryan Morris and Chris Ward with a vision of helping professionals build passive income through disciplined investing and transparent communication. We work with experienced operating partners and lending platforms to identify opportunities designed to generate income and long-term value for our investors.
We believe informed investors make better decisions. We educate before we ask for capital, so every investor understands what they're getting into.
Every opportunity is evaluated through a rigorous framework that prioritizes downside protection before upside potential.
We invest alongside our partners for the long term — building relationships, not just transactions, with investors and operators alike.
Seven Peak Capital didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a foreclosed single-family home in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania — purchased, renovated, and refinanced the hard way. A decade later, the principles that defined that first deal still define how we evaluate every opportunity today.
Discipline compounds. Each phase of the journey shaped what comes next.
Purchased first investment property through foreclosure. Executed BRRRR strategy — renovated, refinanced, and held. The model that would define Seven Peak's approach.
Acquired a 3-unit multifamily property in Bethlehem, PA. Successfully executed cash-out refinance. Continued building the portfolio.
Began investing as LP in institutional multifamily syndications alongside top-tier operators. Grand Riviera (206 units, Dallas) acquired through a sponsor partnership.
Formalized Seven Peak Capital to help fellow professionals access the same opportunities. Expanded LP portfolio.
Launched Seven Peak Income Fund I — a Rule 506(c) private credit vehicle offering 10–12% preferred return with quarterly distributions.
Closed on Preserve at Copper Springs — a 376-unit Class-A multifamily community in Houston, bringing the firm's LP portfolio across Texas to nearly 800 units.
Real estate generates consistent cash flow through rental income and lending returns. Unlike public equities, income is distributed regularly regardless of short-term market volatility — providing investors with predictable, recurring distributions.
Real estate investments benefit from depreciation deductions, pass-through tax treatment, and favorable long-term capital gains rates. These structural advantages preserve a materially higher portion of total return compared to most other asset classes.
Demand for quality rental housing continues to significantly outpace supply in high-growth U.S. markets. Demographic tailwinds, constrained new construction, and continued migration to Sun Belt metros create durable structural support for multifamily values and rents.
Private real estate and credit have historically exhibited low correlation to public equity and bond markets. This diversification characteristic helps preserve portfolio value during periods of broad market stress, making real assets a stabilizing allocation for most portfolios.
