Investment Thesis

Why Private Credit. Why Now.

Private credit has become one of the most compelling risk-adjusted opportunities in the current environment. As traditional bank lending has tightened, the gap between capital demand and institutional supply has created a structural lending premium — which we capture through disciplined origination.

Income Fund II deploys capital into short-duration, senior-secured first-lien loans where principal risk is mitigated by conservative loan-to-value ratios. This structure allows us to generate consistent, contractual income rather than relying on asset appreciation or favorable exit conditions.

The result: consistent monthly income, capital protected by real estate collateral, and returns that are largely uncorrelated to public market volatility.
